Vettuvam Unveils First Look Poster and World of Vettuvam Video

Acclaimed filmmaker Pa. Ranjith, known for presenting powerful stories with exceptional filmmaking, is gearing up to bring another ambitious pan-India action spectacle with Vettuvam. Starring Arya, V.R. Dinesh, Sobhita Dhulipala, Kalaiyarasan, and Mime Gopi in pivotal roles, the film is produced by S. Sai Devanand, S. Sai Venkateswaran, and Pa. Ranjith under the Learn and Teach Production and Neelam Productions banners. Vettuvam is scheduled for a grand theatrical release this December.

The makers have released the film’s striking first-look poster along with the World of Vettuvam video, offering audiences a glimpse into the film’s expansive universe. The video features narration by Rana Daggubati for the Telugu version, Soubin Shahir for Malayalam, Kichcha Sudeep for Kannada, and Pa. Ranjith for Tamil.

The World of Vettuvam video showcases the film’s grand production scale, rich world-building, and the powerful story it aims to tell. Set across three timelines, past, present, and future – the film explores how the way ancient communities lived continues to influence the present and shapes the future through nature’s consequences and human conflict. It also reveals that Vettuvam revolves around the battle between tribes fighting to establish power and dominance.

The video introduces Arya as Dharmarajan, Shabeer Kallarakkal as Sembiyan, Kalaiyarasan as Veeravarman, Sobhita Dhulipala as Radhi, and V.R. Dinesh as Nandan. It also highlights the extensive preparation undertaken by the cast, who trained in traditional martial arts such as Adimurai and Malkhamb, along with other combat techniques. With Vettuvam, Pa. Ranjith appears to have mounted one of his most ambitious cinematic ventures to date.
