“Deccan Sarkar” Movie Poster Unveiled by Lady Superstar Vijayashanthi

The grand poster release event of “Deccan Sarkar”, a prestigious film directed and produced by Telangana activist and writer Kala Srinivas, was held at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Telangana freedom fighter, Lady Superstar, and Congress MLC Vijayashanthi unveiled the poster. Senior activist and Artists’ JAC President Muralidhar Desh Pandey, lead actor Chanakya, and actress Mounika also attended the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Vijayashanthi said,
“Writer and people’s artist Kala Srinivas, who has always been associated with public movements, is making this film with a strong social message. I am confident that Deccan Sarkar will reach the people successfully. The efforts of 100 artists and 50 technicians have gone into this project, which shows great dedication. I hope more such meaningful films emerge from the Telangana region, and I believe the government will continue to support them.”
Muralidhar Desh Pandey stated,
“Films that reflect the spirit and existence of Telangana must be made more often. I congratulate the Deccan Sarkar team for taking up such a powerful subject and urge the government to support Telangana films and artists.”
Director and producer Kala Srinivas expressed,
“Deccan Sarkar portrays the real lives of the people. It is inspired by true events and made with authenticity. Despite many challenges, it took two years to complete this film. Having my favorite star Vijayashanthi garu promote this film is a great honor. I sincerely thank her, all the guests, and my lead actors Chanakya and Mounika for their support.”
Lead actor Chanakya said,
“For this film, I worked hard to learn the Telangana dialect, rural expressions, and lifestyle. This project means a lot to us, and we seek the audience’s blessings for its success. I am deeply thankful to Vijayashanthi garu, Kala Srinivas garu, Mounika garu, and Desh Pandey garu for their encouragement.”
Actress Mounika added,
“I feel fortunate to have been given a role in this film. I thank the director, producer, and entire team for this wonderful opportunity.”
Around 40 artists from various districts attended the event.
