Telugu Times announces Business Excellence Awards 2026 with Aasritha group as Main Sponsor
Telugu Times, the First Global Telugu Newspaper from San Francisco, USA serving the Telugu people in America though media for the last 23 years on one hand and also acting as a bridge between the Governments and Business Houses of Telugu states and NRIs in America is known for its services to both sides held a grand ceremony to launch the Telugu Times Business Excellence Awards 2026 website on Saturday, in Hotel Daspalla, Hyderabad. Former Chief Secretary of the Telangana State Government, Mr S. K. Joshi IAS (Retd), IGBC National Chairman, Mr C. Sekhar Reddy, and CREDAI Hyderabad President Mr. N. Jaideep Reddy were the Guests for the program and Mr S. K. Joshi inaugurated the Business Excellence Awards website as a beginning of the activity for this year.
Speaking on this occasion Mr S.K. Joshi, former Chief Secretary said that he has always been familiar with Telugu Times activities because he regularly speaks to Mr Subba Row on various issues and he used to tell him on what Telugu Times was doing for the Telugu people in America. He recalled Mr Subba Row’s services of bringing NRI Entrepreneurs to Hyderabad in 2007 itself . He also congratulated Telugu Times for encouraging entrepreneurs and presenting awards which is a commendable job.
Mr. N. Jaideep Reddy, President , CREDAI Hyderabad said that Telugu Times is providing a lot of service to Telugu people in America by informing them about Real estate companies in the State. At the same time, he suggested that only Real estate companies with RERA approval should be promoted by Telugu Times, otherwise NRIs are at risk of losing money by investing in real estate by wrong people. He said that there is a possibility of credibility loss or reduction of all Real estate companies in the State because of few companies or individuals and he wanted Telugu Times to take the initiative in this regard and make efforts to feature only Real estate companies with RERA permission for the benefit of NRIs. He appreciated the media services being provided by Telugu Times and the efforts being made by Editor Chennuri Venkata SubbaRow.

Mr C Sekhar Reddy, National Chairman, IGBC said that he has acquaintance with Telugu Times Editor Chennuri Venkata SubbaRow for more than 3 decades and Telugu Times is covering the services of NRIs in America and the activities of Telugu communities effectively and is earning a good name. He asked Telugu Times to promote green building policies that are environmentally friendly in the State and also encourage Start Up companies using Green building activities He also asked for special focus on skill development as a feature in Telugu Times. He congratulated Mr Subba Row for running Telugu Times for 23 years and now moving into digital era with a big expansion plan.

Earlier Mr Subba Row explained Telugu Times services to NRI Telugu community for 23 years and how Telugu Times moved from a simple Print edition to an ePaper and portal in 20 years and Mr Ram Sushanth, Director , Telugu Times explained how Telugu Times print edition is being transformed into a Telugu Times Digital now. Mr Subba Row also announced that Telugu Times being a print edition, could not take up expansion plans earlier and now it has lined up big plans to start city based editions in USA and also start Canada, UK, Australia , Asia editions in the next few years and requested everybody’s support and encouragement.
Telugu Times also celebrated its 23rd Anniversary by cutting a cake by Telugu Times employees with Guests.
