Suresh Kumar Singhal elected as the New President of FTCCI, R. Ravi Kumar, Senior VP

Suresh Kumar Singhal was unanimously elected as President of the 107-year-old trade and commerce body, The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) for 2024-25.  He was elected at its 107th Annual General Meeting held on Monday at Federation House, FTCCI, Red Hills, Hyderabad.

R. Ravi Kumar was unanimously elected as Senior Vice President for 2024-25 at the same meeting.

Suresh Kumar Singha is currently a Senior Vice President of FTCCI.

Singhal is a well-known industrialist in the city with diverse businesses.  He was the founder of India Wrapping Paper Industry – Wax Coated Paper & Printing Industry; Prompt Packaging Pvt two units; Shalini Steels Pvt Ltd. – Re-rolling Mill; Vijay Iron Foundry Pvt. Ltd. –Mini Steel Plant, Induction Furnace Cum Rolling Mill; Prompt Industries Pvt. Ltd., – Paper Mill, Rudraram; Prompt Pulp & Fiber Pvt. Ltd., – Paper Mill, IDA Medchal.

Singhal served as a Nominated Council for Consumer Affairs Member in the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India for 2 Years.

He is associated with several organisations such as Agarwal Samaj, Haryana Seva Sangh, All India Induction Furnace Association; All India Vaish Federation, Agarwal Siksha Samithi, Sri Krishna Goseva Mandal

The city's technocrat, industrialist Rachakonda Ravi Kumar, 62 years, who is currently Vice President of the FTCCI is now promoted to Senior Vice President

He is a multifaced personality involved actively in entrepreneurial, spiritual, sports and philanthropic works. He carries over three decades of rich entrepreneurial experience. He is now Executive Director of Zetatek Technologies Pvt Ltd. The company is Internationally reputed, in the field of manufacturing, testing, supply, and service of test equipment related to defence, aerospace, automotive and electronics industries.

Besides his entrepreneurial activities, R. Ravi Kumar is actively associated with the Art of Living Foundation, a volunteer-based, humanitarian and educational non-governmental organization (NGO). He has been a senior faculty member of that organization. He conducted several stress management workshops in India and abroad. He has delivered lectures and conducted workshops for people from all walks of life including professionals, politicians’ cabinet ministers, and sports personalities.

R. Ravi Kumar is also a sports enthusiast and has played Shuttle Badminton at the State and National level and continues to do so.

FTCCI is an important forum. It is a name to reckon with in business, commerce, and trade.  Both leaders will be in the office for one year.
