13th edition of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show inaugurated

· Showcases over 100 RERA Approved projects from CREDAI Members from 8th to 10th March 2024 at HITEX Exhibition Centre

The 13th edition of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show kicked off at the prestigious HITEX Exhibition Centre, marking a significant milestone in the city’s real estate landscape from 8th to 10th March 2024.  The CREDAI property show aims to provide homebuyers with a comprehensive platform to explore the finest residential and commercial properties in Hyderabad. The Property show was inaugurated by Sri Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Hon’ble minister for Revenue and Housing, Information & Public Relations, Government of Telangana and the CREDAI senior leadership team, including Mr. V.Rajashekar Reddy – President, Mr. N. Jaideep Reddy – President-Elect, Mr. B. Jagannath Rao – General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, Mr. Kothapalli Rambabu – Convener for the property show and Vice President CREDAI Hyderabad. Mr. B Pradeep Reddy, Mr. C G Murali Mohan, Mr. M. Srikanth -the Vice Presidents, Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal, the Treasurer and the Joint Secretaries Mr. Kranti Kiran Reddy and Mr. G. Nitish Reddy as well as the Members of the Organizing Committee for the property show – Co-conveners Mr. M Sriram and Mr. N. Vamsidhar Reddy, CREDAI Youth Wing (CYW) Coordinator Mr. M. Arvind Anand Rao, Mr. Paveen, Secretary CYW and Mr. Dheeraj, marked the official commencement of the property show.

The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2024 serves as a comprehensive platform for stakeholders across the construction industry, including developers, material vendors, experts, and financial institutions. The 2nd day of the property show will be graced by Shri D. Sridhar Babu, Hon’ble minister for IT, Electronics and Communications, Industry & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, the Government of Telangana, who will highlight the outlook of industrial growth and employment in the state over the next 5 years. On the third day Shri B. Vikramarka Mallu, Hon’ble minister for Finance & Planning, Energy the Government of Telangana, will attend the Valedictory ceremony.

Mr. V. With sustained efforts on elevating ‘Brand Hyderabad’ the city will continue to attract fresh investments, creating more jobs and helping boost the real estate in the city.”
