Srimad Bhagavata Saptaham concluded at Sri City Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple

The Srimad Bhagavata Saptaham at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Sri City concluded on Wednesday. As part of temple’s annual celebrations, members of the Bhagavata Bhakta Samaj started the Bhagavatam recital on the 19th of this month in the temple premises. The twenty five member team recited the entire Srimad Bhagavatham – 12 skandhams, 335 Adhyaayams, 18000 Slokas, in 7 days, continuously from 6 am to 6:30 pm, with great devotion. The programme was completed with a special pooja on Wednesday afternoon.
Dr. Ravindra Sannareddy, Founder Managing Director expressed gratitude to the Bhagavata Bhakta Samaj team, saying that Srimad Bhagavatam has the power to open the paths for the Lord to enter our minds, offer us peace of mind and happiness, and finally lead us to salvation. As a result, performing Srimad Bhagavata Saptaham in the precincts of Sri City is like a ‘Yagna’, which is holy, auspicious, and extremely beneficial to the community. He appreciated the divine effort of the entire team.
On the request of devotees, the Bhagavata Bhakta Samaj of Pulivendala organises Srimad Bhagavata Saptaham events every month. According to team members, 356 such events have already taken place, with the 367th taking place in Sri City. They stated that the week-long course at Sri City Temple in a cool and nice greenery atmosphere provided them with a really comfortable and refreshing experience. They all expressed gratitude to Dr. Ravindra Sannareddy for providing them with all of the amenities.
