TTA Mega Convention CME Sponsorship Opportunities

The Telangana American Telugu Association (TTA) is inviting medical exhibits for a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program during the upcoming TTA Mega Convention. The convention is scheduled to take place on July 18–19, 2026, at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Program Details and Sponsorship:
The CME program will span a duration of 6 hours and cover diverse medical topics, including cardiovascular health, gastroenterology, obesity, diabetes, new updates in cancer treatment, woman’s health, and geriatrics. Organizations such as hospitals, medical device companies, pharmaceutical representatives, and private medical groups are encouraged to participate as exhibitors.

The event offers two distinct sponsorship tiers:

$5,000 Sponsorship: Includes a 5-minute talk at the CME, banquet tickets, VIP tickets, a room, and a vendor booth for both days.

$10,000 Sponsorship: Includes a 10-minute talk at the CME, banquet tickets, VIP tickets, two rooms, and a vendor booth for both days.
