Her deep grassroots connection was further demonstrated during the 2023 Telangana Assembly elections, when she traveled across 87 villages to conduct door-to-door voter education and direct public outreach. Furthermore, as the founder of the Vantage Foundation, she has spearheaded numerous impactful initiatives targeting education, women’s health and empowerment, financial literacy, youth mentorship, and anti-drug awareness programs.

Vision and Future Public-Service Plans:
Reflecting on her entry into mainstream political life, Dr. Gaddam stated, “My journey has always been about education, empowerment and service. I am entering public life with the same commitment to listen to people, work at the grassroots and create meaningful opportunities for women and youth.” Moving forward, she intends to channel her extensive global and administrative experience into grassroots development across key regions in Telangana, focusing specifically on the Nizamabad Rural, Khammam, and Zaheerabad parliamentary constituencies.
