Vijay Deverakonda to Entertain Audiences in an Out-and-Out Mass Role with ‘Rowdy Janardhana’ – Dil Raju

Star hero Vijay Deverakonda is starring in the highly anticipated film Rowdy Janardhana, produced by the prestigious banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film is being produced by star producers Dil Raju and Shirish, and is directed by talented young filmmaker Ravi Kiran Kola. Set against a rural action-drama backdrop, Rowdy Janardhana is being mounted as a large-scale pan-India project.

The title glimpse of the film was grandly launched today in Hyderabad amidst loud cheers and celebrations from Vijay Deverakonda’s fans.

The moment I narrated the story, Vijay instantly began speaking and reacting like the character. He owned the role immediately, which encouraged me to narrate the rest of the script with great enthusiasm. That’s how the project got finalizedWe are currently preparing the sets for the first day of shooting after completing workshops. There is an eight-minute-long sequence to be filmed on day one. Vijay came to the set a day earlier and confidently rehearsed all the dialogues. His accuracy in delivering dialogues in the East Godavari dialect is remarkable. Since I was born and raised in that region, I can clearly judge the authenticity. Watching Vijay speak in that dialect has been a delight for all of us. Dil Raju garu often mentioned that both the story and Vijay’s East Godavari dialect delivery are equally impressive. Vijay and Raju garu were very particular that the dialect and its flavor remain completely authentic.”

Producer Dil Raju said, “Ravi Kiran has been working closely with his team for the past few days to present this title glimpse. Three days ago, he narrated a brief story and explained how the film would be showcased. Vijay Deverakonda has done a variety of films so far, but for the first time, he will be seen speaking in the East Godavari dialect of Andhra Pradesh, which felt very unique to me when I heard the story.

Vijay has delivered youthful films like Pelli Choopulu, Arjun Reddy, and Geetha Govindam, but he has never portrayed such an intense, blood-soaked, pure mass character before. In Rowdy Janardhana, he will be seen in an out-and-out mass avatar. Our excellent technical team has recreated a powerful world set in the 1980s.
