A new sentiment is gaining attention in the Telugu film industry after Mythri Movie Makers producer Ravi Shankar praised actress Mamitha Baiju’s emotional performances. He said that whenever Mamitha cries in a film, audiences connect deeply with her emotions, making the movie a sure-shot blockbuster.
Speaking about her performance, Ravi Shankar said Mamitha’s emotional intensity has the ability to move viewers. Referring to the trailer of Vishwanath & Sons, he noted that she not only cries in the film but also brings Suriya’s character to tears, adding that such emotional scenes could make the film a “double blockbuster.”
Directed by Venky Atluri, Vishwanath & Sons stars Suriya and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles and is produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 14, and Ravi Shankar’s comments have further boosted buzz around Mamitha’s performance and the film’s emotional appeal.
