Tamil Film Producers Council Elections: Thenandal Murali emerges as President for the second term
The Tamil Film Producers Council election results were announced on May 1st, 2023, and Thenandal Murali emerged victorious as the President for the second term. The election was held in Chennai Adyar Janaki MGR College, and a total of 1111 members cast their votes, including some of the most prominent names in the Tamil film industry like Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan.
