Sharwa, Sreenu Vaitla Movie Title George Krish

Sankranti winner Charming Star Sharwa, who is riding high with back-to-back successes with Nari Nari Naduma Murari and Biker, has teamed up with director Sreenu Vaitla for the first time. Presented by ATV, the film is produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments banner, with Ajay Sunkara as co-producer. Promising to be an out-and-out family entertainer, the film has been titled interestingly George Krish.

The makers unveiled the title and release date through a colourful and eye-catching poster that instantly grabs attention with its distinctive design. The Sankranti sentiment is particularly special for Sharwa, who has delivered memorable festive successes with films such as Shatamanam Bhavati, Express Raja and Nari Nari Naduma Murari. George Krish continues that association, arriving during the festival season on January 14, 2027.

The title poster comes alive with a vibrant yellow-orange backdrop, complemented by traditional ornamental patterns that beautifully capture the festive spirit. The title is rendered in a bold, stylish handwritten font and creatively integrated into an hourglass design, with striking black brush-stroke outlines framing it at the top and bottom. A tiny silhouette of Sharwa lifting the heroine in his arms is incorporated into the title design, subtly hinting at the romantic element in the narrative.

George Krish has been launched grandly today with a traditional pooja ceremony. For the muhurtham shot, producer Suresh Babu switched on the camera, while MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav sounded the clapboard. Sreenu Vaitla himself directed the first shot.

The film also boasts a strong technical crew. KV Guhan is handling the cinematography, while Anup Rubens is composing the music. Avinash Kolla serves as the production designer, with Amar Reddy Kudumula taking care of the editing. Nandu Savirigana and Gopi Mohan are the writers, while Kishore Garikipati is the executive producer.

For the first time ever, the worldwide theatrical distributors list of the movie has been announced on the day of its launch. Asian Suresh Entertainments will distribute the film in Nizam, Vaasudeva Movie Creations in Vizag, Vintage Creations in East, Adithya Films in West, Vyom Cinemas in Krishna, RK Entertainments in Guntur, Abhi Cinemas in Nellore and Shilpakala Entertainments in Ceeded. Overseas distribution will be handled by VYOM Cinemas and Cinema Paradiso.

With Sharwa’s proven Sankranti track record, Sreenu Vaitla’s reputation for family-oriented entertainers and a strikingly presented title that has instantly sparked curiosity, George Krish is shaping up to be a perfect festive entertainer.
