Rebel Star Prabhas Unveiled Hilarious Teaser of Sapthagiri ‘Pelli Kaani Prasad’

Sapthagiri’s upcoming entertainer Pelli Kaani Prasad directed by Abhilash Reddy Gopidi, and produced by K.Y. Babu of Vision Group, alongside Bhanu Prakash Goud, Sukka Venkateshwar Goud, and Vybhav Reddy Mutyala, under the banner of Thama Media Entertainments, is gearing up for its theatrical release on March 21st. Chaganti Cinematic World is backing the project, with the esteemed Sri Venkateswara Creations (SVC), led by Dil Raju, handling the film’s distribution. Rebel Star Prabhas launched the film’s teaser.

The teaser opens with Sapthagiri solemnly taking an oath in front of his forefathers, vowing to strictly adhere to the rules laid out in the “dowry rule book.” According to the book, he must receive a dowry of at least 2 crore rupees to proceed with marriage—anything less is unacceptable. To make matters more challenging, the dowry must be paid in cash. With such rigid conditions, the question arises: will Sapthagiri remain forever as Pelli Kaani Prasad (the eternal bachelor)?

Sapthagiri impresses with his impeccable comedy timing, making the narrative extra humorous and engaging. While Priyanka Sharma is the leading lady, Muralidhar Goud and Laxman appear in prominent roles.

Sujatha Siddarth’s camera work is impressive, whereas music director Shekar Chandra enhances the quirky nature of the movie. Madhu is the editor.
