Ra Ra Sarasuku Ra Ra film, Set to Hit Theaters on November 3rd

The mesmerizing song ‘Ra..Ra..Sarasuku Ra..Ra..’ along with its unforgettable scenes will forever remain etched in the hearts of fans. This iconic film is in the making under the same title, with production by  Jayalakshmi on behalf of Sky Wanders Entertainment.

The film is directed by Keshav Depur, featuring music composed by G. K. V and cinematography by R. Ramesh. The stellar cast includes Karthik, Gayatri Patel, KPY Y Bala, Mari Vinod, Godpadi Rajan, Viswa, Ravi Varma, Abhishek, Benjamin, Simran, Deepika, Gayatri, Jeffy, Jayavani, and Akshita.

The plot revolves around a group of young individuals who enter a women’s hostel, inadvertently becoming embroiled in a criminal incident. The film explores whether they can extricate themselves from this predicament.

The narrative is marked by a series of thrilling and clichéd incidents that serve as waypoints in the unfolding story, promising an engaging blend of crime, action, and horror.

Speaking about the film, its producer,  Jayalakshmi, explains, “The story unfolds over the course of a single night. Bellary Raja and Damodaran, once political allies, become bitter enemies. Bellary Raja commits a heinous act by killing Damu, which is captured by an eyewitness. Chased by Bellary’s gang, the eyewitness seeks refuge in the SR Ladies Hostel. Subsequently, two young men enter the hostel, triggering a chain of events that lead to a murder. The story is set against the backdrop of these successive crimes and the ensuing excitement.”

The Chennai Regional Censor Officer was taken aback by the explicit content and scenes involving the young men and women, resulting in a requirement for sixty cuts in the film.

Jayalakshmi, the courageous producer representing Sky Wanders Entertainment, states that she was drawn to the film because of its compelling story.

The film is set to hit theaters in Tamil Nadu, distributed by 9 V Studios, with the release date scheduled for November 3rd.
