The upcoming movie Thala directed by Amma Rajasekhar features his son Amma Ragin Raj in the lead role. The film has created a strong buzz especially after its Tamil and Telugu trailers were released by popular actor Vijay Sethupathi. The audience has responded positively praising the film’s impressive visuals and storyline. Many believe that Amma Rajasekhar is set to deliver a bigger blockbuster than his previous film Ranam.
Recently, the lyrical video song Prema Kuttindante was released from Thala. The song has quickly connected with listeners due to its catchy tune and relatable lyrics. Energetic singer and Bigg Boss fame Bhole Shawali has sung this song while music director Dharma Teja has composed it.

Interestingly, the Tamil version of this song is sung by legendary multi-talented artist T. Rajendar. Known for his lively singing style, T. Rajendar’s voice has made the song a hit in Tamil as well.

The song mainly features comedian Mukku Avinash depicting the struggles and problems one faces after falling in love. The lyrics humorously explain how love can be as troublesome as a mosquito bite causing malaria. The song starts with:

“Cheema ekkada kuttite akkade manta padutundaya…
Doma kuttindante vastundi malaria…
Kani Prema Kuttindante picchekkipotundaya…”
The song describes the expenses and difficulties that come with love making it highly relatable for today’s youth. The finishing touch where the character asks about love and gets a funny reply.
The film is set to release on February 14, marking a special Valentine’s Day release.
