Prabhas’ Fauzi Set for Massive Box Office Clash
Prabhas’ much awaited period action drama Fauzi, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, has officially locked December 3, 2026 for its theatrical release, ending months of speculation. While the announcement has excited fans, it has also set up one of the biggest box office battles of the year, especially in the Hindi market.
The film will face stiff competition as Ajay Devgn’s Ranger and Akshay Kumar’s upcoming comedy directed by Anees Bazmee are both scheduled to hit theatres on December 4. With three major star led films arriving in the same weekend, the clash is expected to intensify the fight for screens, shows, and opening weekend collections across India.
In Fauzi, Prabhas plays a soldier, with debutant Imanvi starring opposite him. The makers recently unveiled a new poster while confirming the release date, kicking off the film’s promotional campaign. As the lucrative December holiday corridor gets crowded, all eyes are now on whether all three films will stick to their dates or if one of them will eventually make way.
