‘Police Complaint’ Enters Successful Second Week in Theatres
The horror thriller-action entertainer ‘Police Complaint’ has successfully entered its second week of theatrical run. Starring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Naveen Chandra, Krishna Sai, and Ragini Dwivedi in lead roles, the film is produced by Balakrishna Maharana under the MSK Pramida Sri Films banner. The movie is directed by creative filmmaker Sanjeev Megoti, known for films such as Aghora, Paurusham, Aaptha, Dandu, Raghava Reddy, and Adiparvam.
Despite being released amid controversies, Police Complaint has continued its successful run across all centers and has entered its second week with strong audience support. Producer Balakrishna Maharana expressed happiness over the film’s performance and revealed that the number of screens has been increased in several regions due to growing demand. He also stated that a special song dedicated to the late Superstar Krishna has received an overwhelming response from fans.
Director Sanjeev Megoti said the film is based on the unique concept of the “Chain Reaction of Karma,” blending horror-thriller elements with action entertainment. He added that the story has been crafted to offer audiences a fresh cinematic experience, while the distinctive characterization has helped the film connect with viewers across all age groups.
The film combines action, comedy, romance, and thriller elements and features an ensemble cast including Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Naveen Chandra, Krishna Sai, Ragini Dwivedi, Aditya Om, Ravi Shankar, Prithvi, Srinivasa Reddy, Sapthagiri, Krithi Varma, Preeti Sundar, Sharath Lohitashwa, Gemini Suresh, Dil Ramesh, Sattenna, Vijay Bhaskar, Madhu Nambiar, Anil Raj, Sriharsha, Devender, Pushparam, DSP, and many others. With nearly 52 senior artists appearing in the film, the makers say the cinematography by S.N. Harish Sondekoppa and the action sequences choreographed by Dragon Prakash and Ravi Teja have emerged as major highlights.
