Mythri Movie Makers Produces, Prashanth Neel Presents, 418
Pan India production house Mythri Movie Makers that just delivered the sensational blockbuster Irumudi is gearing up to bring a different kind of horror experience to theatres with 418. Presented by acclaimed filmmaker Prashanth Neel, the film marks the directorial debut of Kirtan Nadagouda, who has also penned the story. Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar are producing the project, with Surya Raj, Charan Lakkaraju, and Preethi Pagadal playing pivotal roles.
The much-awaited thriller has completed all the formalities including censor and secured an A certificate. The movie locked September 18 as its worldwide theatrical release date. The poster presents a dark, unsettling visual. It shows a person seated on the floor in a dimly lit setting, with one hand reaching toward a blood-like trail forming the shape of the letter A. The shadowy lighting, muted tones, distressed textures, and visible scratches create a disturbing horror atmosphere.
Unlike horror entertainers that heavily depend on comedy, 418 is being designed as a serious and intense thriller, with psychological tension, mystery, and fear driving the narrative. The promotional material released so far has offered glimpses into the eerie world of the film while keeping its central mystery under wraps. The team is now preparing to step up the promotional campaign and build momentum ahead of the release.
The technical department includes Dinesh Divakar as the cinematographer, while Venky GG takes care of the music and background score. Ullas Hydoor is the production designer, adding to the film’s distinctive visual atmosphere.
