Little Hearts inspires many newcomers with its success- Vijay Deverakonda

“Little Hearts,” starring Mouli Tanuj and Shivani Nagaram as the lead pair, recently hit the screens and has earned tremendous success. Directed by Sai Marthand under the ETV Win Originals banner, the film was produced by Aditya Hasan. The movie was impressively promoted and released theatrically worldwide by producers and distributors Bunny Vas under the BV Works banner and Vamsi Nandipati under Vamsi Nandipati Entertainments.
Yesterday, a grand “Celebration of Glory” event was held in Hyderabad, with star hero Vijay Deverakonda attending as the chief guest. Prominent producers Allu Aravind and Bandla Ganesh also attended as special guests. On this occasion. Actress Anita Chowdary said, “Thanks to the makers for giving me an opportunity to act in ‘Little Hearts’. The film’s success is echoing everywhere. It’s been almost a decade since I’ve heard such a victorious roar for a movie. Heartfelt thanks to the audience for embracing the film.”
Actress Satya Krishnan said, “No matter how much I speak about this film’s success, it’s not enough. I thank director Sai Marthand for giving me the chance to be part of it. The dialogue ‘Kathyayani bhoancheshava?’ is being heard everywhere. Big thanks to the audience for turning ‘Little Hearts’ into such a massive success.”
Actor Jai Krishna said, “Thanks to Vijay Deverakonda anna for being the guest at our event today. When he called me recently, he even sent me five T-shirts from Rowdy Wear. They’re really nice. Some say they’re quitting social media to pursue acting after this film’s success, but I come from a social media background, so I won’t be leaving it behind.”
Actor Rajeev Kanakala said, “‘Little Hearts’ became such a big success because of how Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati brought it to the audience. When I was acting in this film, director Sai Marthand guided me to keep the performance controlled and subtle. That’s why the character Gopal Rao received such good feedback. Thanks to this role, I’ve already received offers for 5-6 more films.”
Music director Sinjith Yerramilli said, “In 2019, I had a small role in ‘Dear Comrade’. That’s when I first met Vijay anna. Last week, he invited me home and appreciated the success of ‘Little Hearts’. It felt like life had come full circle. Also, my favorite hero Mahesh Babu tweeted about our movie. This one Friday has changed all our lives.”
Director Sai Marthand said, “I’m missing our producer Aditya Hasan at this success meet. He gave me the freedom to make the film the way I envisioned it. Thanks to my team’s support, we completed the film in just 32 days. One Friday changed our lives. Vijay anna invited us home and spent three hours with us. Mahesh Babu, Nani, and Naga Chaitanya tweeted. My favorite director Tarun Bhascker called me. I love ‘Pelli Choopulu’ made by Vijay and Tarun. I’m looking forward to working with Bunny Vas garu soon.”
Actress Shivani Nagaram said, “‘Little Hearts’ has exceeded all our expectations. Audiences are loving my character Kathyayani. The compliments I’ve received on social media have been heartwarming. This proves the belief that Telugu audiences don’t support Telugu heroines is wrong. Even though many newcomers worked on this film, the appreciation we’re getting makes it feel like a team of experienced professionals made it. Thanks to the entire cast and crew.”
Actor Mouli Tanuj said, “Everything I hoped for in my career has started happening over the past few days. My favorite stars are tweeting, calling, and inviting me for conversations. Vijay anna invited us home and gifted Rowdy Wear clothes. Allu Arjun garu and Mahesh Babu garu tweeted, Ravi Teja garu called me. These days, whenever the phone rings, I check if it’s a celebrity. Many are posting on social media saying, ‘Your success is our success.’ It’s very emotional. I want to take my parents on a vacation. Now that the movie is a hit, a US tour is confirmed.”
Producer Bandla Ganesh said, “After a long time, I watched a film in theatres, ‘Little Hearts’. This is how cinema should be. It doesn’t feel like a film, it feels like life. Like Mouli in the film, I too used to lie to my father and sneak off to the movies while pretending to go to college. This film was made on a budget of just 2.5 crores & that’s the cost of a 3-day shoot for a star hero’s film. Many claimed small-budget films are dead in Telugu cinema. But ‘Little Hearts’ has proved that if the story is good, audiences will come to theatres. This film should serve as a lesson to people like us in the industry. Congratulations to ETV for backing such hidden gems and to Bunny Vaas and Vamsi Nandipati for promoting it so effectively. Mouli should continue picking the right films for his career.”
Producer Dheeraj Mogilineni said, “Thanks to Vijay anna for coming to celebrate ‘Little Hearts’ success. If Bunny Vaas and Vamsi get success, it feels like I’ve succeeded too. Congratulations to the entire team. Aravind garu is our inspiration — even at this age, he works harder than all of us.”
Producer Vamsi Nandipati said, “I witnessed how much effort Aravind garu puts into a film during ‘Tandava’. Even at 76 years old, he works harder than any of us. It’s great to have Vijay anna as the guest for our success celebration. In the Geetha Arts compound, everyone calls him ‘our Vijay’.”
Producer Bunny Vas said, “Because of Allu Aravind garu, young producers like me, SKN, Vamsi Nandipati, and Dheeraj Mogilineni are standing here today. He encouraged all of us. We can’t compete with Aravind garu when it comes to work. Since he wasn’t involved with this project, our workload was a bit easier. He doesn’t sleep and doesn’t let others sleep either. That’s how passionate he is. Both Aravind garu and I really like Vijay. We’ll soon make another movie with Vijay under Geetha Arts. It’ll be even bigger than ‘Geetha Govindham’. It’ll be a film that stands out in Vijay’s career. Every rupee spent on ‘Little Hearts’ was worth it. I felt the joy of spending on my own children. We’re all very happy with this film.”
Producer Allu Aravind said, “I’m happy Vijay came forward to support a small film like ‘Little Hearts’. Seeing this young team today makes me want to produce a film with such a team. Bunny Vaas and Vamsi Nandipati told me about this film. That’s why we backed it through our company. Thanks to the audience for making it such a big success.”
Actor Vijay Deverakonda said, “I’ve known about ‘Little Hearts’ for a while now through my brother Anand. He kept sending me the teaser and trailer of the film he was producing along with Aditya Hasan. Though I hadn’t met this team before, I always felt a connection with them. When Mouli and the team came home and invited me to the success meet, I couldn’t say no. They’re all outsiders who achieved success without any backing. That alone is an inspiration to many newcomers. When one person succeeds, it sparks belief in many others – that they too can make it. That’s why I wanted to support them. Because of Aravind garu’s success, many young producers like Bunny Vaas, Vamsi, Dheeraj, and SKN have come from that compound. Congrats to this young team. Usually, when I meet any film team, I talk for just a short while, but with the ‘Little Hearts’ team, I spoke for three hours. Director Sai Marthand beautifully presented a simple story on screen and did perfect casting. Shivani acted really well as Kathyayani. Mouli’s reels used to be shown to me by Anand, and he always said Mouli should be brought into cinema. Mouli promoted the film entertainingly. I’m looking forward to his next movie. For me, it’s always parents first, then cinema. Mouli, stay the way you are and take care of your parents. I wish the entire team continued success with more great films.”
