Rishab Shetty’s latest sensation Kantara Chapter 1 is maintaining its golden streak even into its fourth week of release. The film, a rich blend of mythology, folklore, and high-octane action, has not only won over audiences but also rewritten box office records.

Directed by Rishab Shetty and produced by Hombale Films, Kantara Chapter 1 has stormed past an extraordinary 818 crore worldwide, with the Telugu states alone contributing 110 crore+. This feat makes it the highest-grossing Indian film of the year and places it as the second-highest-grossing dubbed film in Telugu states, just behind the monumental KGF: Chapter 2.

The movie is edging closer to the $5 million mark in North America. It is set for an English-dubbed release on October 31st, with a crisper runtime. The English version is expected to broaden the film’s reach and further boost its box office numbers.
