Kajal Aggarwal Hints at Her Role in Ramayana
As anticipation builds around Ramayana, actress Kajal Aggarwal has offered a candid update about her role in the epic adaptation. The actress, who plays Mandodari in the two part magnum opus, revealed that her screen time in the first installment will be limited.
Kajal explained that the opening chapter primarily focuses on Ayodhya and the early phases of the story, with only a brief portion dedicated to Lanka. As a result, Mandodari’s presence will naturally be restricted in the first film.
Her statement has drawn attention, especially among fans expecting a substantial role. However, considering the traditional Ramayana narrative, Mandodari has never been a character with extensive screen presence. Despite the limited screen time, the character is expected to leave an impact during key moments in the story.
Speaking about the project, Kajal also praised her co-star Yash, who plays Ravana, calling it a rewarding experience to work alongside him. She appreciated his dedication and commitment to the film.
The actress emphasized that being part of a prestigious project like Ramayana matters far more than the length of the role. With her career gradually transitioning into more performance driven characters, industry observers believe the film marks another significant milestone in Kajal Aggarwal’s journey.
