DD Returns and Gaami to have its World Television Premiere on Zee Cinemalu & Zee Telugu

Two of the most loved channels in the Telugu entertainment industry, Zee Telugu and Zee Cinemalu, seize every possible opportunity to come up with unique ways to entertain their audience. The channels have always given unforgettable weekend movie experiences for AP and Telangana viewers with back-to-back premieres, and now once again, it is all set to air two blockbuster films. While the horror comedy DD Returns (Bhoothala Bangla) will telecast on Zee Cinemalu on 20th July at 6 pm, adventure thriller Gaami is all set to have its World Television Premiere for the first time on 21st July at 6 pm on Zee Telugu!

The film DD Returns opens decades ago in a palatial mansion on the outskirts of Pondicherry, where a French Indian family headed by its patriarch run a gambling show, eventually, the losers get killed by the family members.  Cut to the present day, a large bag full of money and jewels belonging to a don, is looted by another gang. Through a comedy of errors, the bag falls into the hands of Sathish (played by Santhanam) and his friends, and they land up in the haunted house.

What will happen when the ghost in the house makes them play a survival game? 'DD Returns' is all about. This is one film where all the cast members Santhanam, Surabhi, Redin Kingsley, Maran, Tiger Thangadurai, FEFSI Vijayan, Dheena, Deepa and others shine in their respective characters making it a must-watch on 20th July at 6 pm, only on Zee Cinemalu. 

Continuing the cinematic extravaganza, Zee Telugu will air the much-anticipated World Television Premiere of Gaami on 21st July at 6 pm. For the uninitiated, the story revolves around Shankar (played by Vishwak Sen), an Aghora who suffers from a rare condition that causes him to faint upon human touch. He sets out on a quest to find a rare flower- Mali Patra that holds the cure, which can only be found on the Dronagiri mountain. During his journey, he crosses paths with Devadasi Durga (played by Abhinaya), her daughter Uma (played by Harika) and Jahnavi(Chandini Choudary). Their lives become connected as Shankar uncovers the secrets of the Mali Patra and its possible cure for his condition.

Directed by Vidyadhar Kagita, Gaami takes the audience on an enthralling cinematic journey with the perfect blend of action and suspense. Performances by Vishwaksen, Chandini Chowdhary, Abhinaya, Mohammad Samad, Harika Pedada, Shanti Rao and Mayank Parak cannot be missed too.
