Director Ram bheemana said – I have directed two films in the past, Aakatayi and Hum Tum. Hum Tum movie brought profit to the producer. after a gap of six years, I made the film "Purushothamudu". I am happy to find good producers like Dr. Ramesh Tejawat and Prakash Tejawat. They thought a lot about the quality of the movie and produced the movie. I made a clean family entertainer "Purushothamudu". our producers casted big artists like Prakash Raj, Ramyakrishna, Mukesh Khanna, Murali Sharma in our movie. All of them brought strength to the story with their performance. After reading a news article, I prepared the story of this movie a few years ago. Why a millionaire came to a village and what he did there is the story of "Purushothamudu". It seems that movie like Mahesh Babu's Srimanthudu. If we think about the story line, many movies seem the same. But what is show in that story is important. In the movie "Purushothamudu" we have touched a point that has not been shown in any Indian film till now. Hero Raj Tarun has given his full support to the movie. Heroine Hasini Sudhir's character is very good. Hasini played her role perfectly. Our movie is coming to the theaters as a wholesome clean family entertainer. Producer Dr. Ramesh Tejawat said – It has been a long time since I went to Mumbai from Andhra. I run a business there. Movies are my passion. Despite doing well in business, the desire to produce a good Telugu film was in mind. That desire was fulfilled with the movie "Purushothamudu". Making a movie does not mean spending money, but choosing the story, artists, good music, lyrics, technicians, all these things have been done with care and quality. We spent 6 months on post-production so you can understand the care we took for the quality of the film.  As producers, we have made every effort not to compromise anywhere for the film. Famous artists like Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishna, Murali Sharma and Mukesh Khanna have been roped in for key roles. The music of Gopisunder, lyrics of Chandra Bose, Chaitanya Prasad, Ramajogaiah Shastri will be the attraction of our movie. Hero Raj Tarun provided his support. Heroine Hasini Sudheer acted like a Telugu girl. We thought she would be very good for this role. She was well paired with Raj Tarun.
