Renowned film actor and “Nata Kireeti” Dr. Rajendra Prasad met the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, on Tuesday evening (03/02/2026), as a courtesy call. The meeting took place in the backdrop of the Government of India recently announcing the prestigious Padma Shri award for Dr. Rajendra Prasad.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu warmly received Dr. Rajendra Prasad and felicitated him. The Chief Minister expressed his happiness over the Padma Shri honour, stating that the award is a fitting recognition of Dr. Rajendra Prasad’s remarkable contribution to Indian cinema. For over four decades, he has enthralled millions of audiences with his versatile performances and has significantly enhanced the stature and pride of Telugu cinema.
