Bonalu festivities were held with great devotion and grandeur at Hyderabad’s Chitrapuri Colony under the leadership of colony president Vallabhaneni Anil Kumar. On this auspicious occasion, actress Nidhhi Agerwal, known for her role in the upcoming film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, offered prayers to Goddess Sri Kanaka Durga, seeking blessings for the film’s grand success.

RTI Commissioner PV Srinivas and his wife graced the event, adding to the spiritual ambiance. The celebration also witnessed the presence of several notable personalities from the Telugu film industry including Film Chamber dignitaries Bharath Bhushan, Damodar Prasad, Prasanna Kumar, C. Kalyan, Bharadwaj, Shankar, and others. Prominent political leaders and film celebrities joined the vibrant gathering as well.

Vallabhaneni Haimanajali and Anil Kumar offered special prayers to the Goddess for the well-being, health, and happiness of the residents of Chitrapuri Colony, wishing for the removal of all hardships.

Senior colony members including Venu, Alahari, Suresh, Lalitha, and others played a key role in organizing the Bonalu procession and the traditional Phalahara Bandi (offering chariot), making the celebrations truly grand and unforgettable.
