Balakrishna Eyes Christmas Release with NBK111

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming mass entertainer NBK111, directed by Gopichand Malineni, is progressing at a brisk pace in Hyderabad. The team is aiming to wrap up the shoot before Dasara and is reportedly planning a Christmas 2026 theatrical release to capitalize on the year end holiday season.

With Prabhas’ Fauzi already locked for a December 3 release, another big ticket Telugu film arriving later in the month is expected to make the festive box office even more competitive. However, the makers are yet to make an official announcement about the release date.

Meanwhile, the film’s title glimpse is expected to be unveiled soon. Starring Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead and Sanjay Dutt in a crucial role, the film is produced by Venkat Satish Kilaru with music composed by Thaman. After completing NBK111, Balakrishna is expected to begin work on his next film with director Koratala Siva.
