Actor and Manam Saitam Founder Kadambari Kiran Announces Major Welfare Project ‘Saparya – We Care for the Uncared’

Hyderabad: Extending its commitment to serving people in distress and supporting the underprivileged, the Manam Saitam Foundation has announced a major new initiative titled ‘Saparya – We Care for the Uncared’. The project was officially announced by foundation founder and actor Kadambari Kiran during a media conference held at the Telugu Film Chamber in Hyderabad.

Highlighting the journey of the organization, Kadambari Kiran shared that Manam Saitam has been actively providing various forms of support to those in need for the past 13 years. He explained that the new Saparya project has been specifically conceived with the objective of expanding these service activities to a much larger scale, encompassing comprehensive welfare measures for orphans, the elderly, and the needy.

Shelter, Healthcare and ‘Janatha Vaidyam’
As a core pillar of the Saparya project, the foundation plans to establish a dedicated orphanage, an old-age home, and an affordable healthcare facility known as ‘Janatha Vaidyam’.

Kadambari Kiran emphasized that the project focuses not only on delivering medical treatment but also on creating a peaceful, dignified environment for patients, senior citizens, and orphans alike. To achieve this, the proposed facility will feature a large water pond, a dedicated walking track, lush green landscaped areas, and rooms with glass doors. The overarching vision is to bring comprehensive healthcare, comfortable accommodation, and genuine human compassion together under one roof.

Dedicated Support for Elderly Living Alone
Addressing contemporary social concerns, Kadambari Kiran expressed deep worry over the rising number of elderly individuals living entirely alone because their children have settled abroad or in distant cities.

He noted that one of the primary goals of Saparya is to provide these senior citizens with secure accommodation, medical care, and vital emotional support. The initiative aims to serve as a reassuring presence for elderly individuals who have no one else to depend on, offering them the comfort of knowing that society stands with them.

Educational Support and Free NEET/IIT Coaching for Children of Film Workers
Expanding its reach into education, Kadambari Kiran announced that starting this year, Manam Saitam will launch a special educational support program for the children of film industry workers. This initiative is being implemented in association with the Quality Thought Future Skills Foundation.

Under this scheme, five children of film workers will receive free hostel accommodation alongside two years of free NEET coaching every year. Additionally, another five students will be provided with free IIT coaching. This program aims to support technicians and behind-the-scenes workers by offering quality educational opportunities to their children, thereby building a strong foundation for their futures.

A Lifelong Dedication to Service
Reflecting on his four-decade career in the film industry, Kadambari Kiran recalled facing multiple personal challenges. Rather than harboring resentment during difficult times, he chose to find purpose and fulfillment by helping fellow human beings, which ultimately laid the groundwork for establishing Manam Saitam.

“Poor people are my parents, and poor people are my family. When God takes us to a better position in life, we should extend our second hand and support hundreds of people in need,” he stated.

Operating under the guiding motto ‘Service is God’, Kadambari Kiran issued a heartfelt appeal to donors, film personalities, and industry leaders to extend their support and blessings to the Saparya project. He stressed that Saparya should not merely function as the initiative of a single individual or organization, but should instead evolve into a widespread humanitarian movement driven by active participation from all sections of society.

With its comprehensive focus on healthcare for the poor, shelter for the elderly living alone, care for orphans, and high-level educational opportunities for talented young students, ‘Saparya – We Care for the Uncared’ marks a significant and impactful expansion of Manam Saitam’s 13-year journey of dedicated public service.
