GITAM Hyderabad Opens Admissions for 2026-27 and Launches School of Education

Hyderabad : GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad, has officially announced the commencement of admissions for its Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs for the 2026-27 academic year. In a significant academic milestone, the university also announced the launch of the GITAM School of Education, further expanding its multidisciplinary learning ecosystem.

New Academic Offerings:
Addressing a press conference, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof. D.S. Rao highlighted the introduction of several cutting-edge courses designed to align with evolving industry trends and societal needs:

• Integrated Teacher Education: 4-year integrated B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. programs.
• Business & Entrepreneurship: BBA (Entrepreneurship) in collaboration with the Bower School of Entrepreneurship.
• Advanced Science & Tech: B.Sc. Microbiology, M.Sc. Biotechnology, and M.Tech in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.
• Pharmacy: M.Pharma in Industrial Pharmacy (subject to PCI approval).
