The Global Construction Fraternity (GCF), a new national-level, not-for-profit, community for construction professionals born.  It announced the launch of its Hyderabad regional chapter, marking a significant milestone to unite and empower construction professionals.

GCF made a humble as a WhatsApp group in 2016, GCF has expanded into a vibrant community of over 30,000 members spanning 250 business categories across India. GCF Founder, Vamsi, emphasized the organization's core mission: "Our goal is to create a collaborative platform where professionals can network, share knowledge, and drive business growth."

The launch themed “Constructing Connections,” attracted some of the construction industry’s most respected leaders, the news release shared to the media added.

Headquartered in Hyderabad, GCF will launch its regional chapters in Mumbai, Pune, Mysore and Bengaluru very soon.

In a press statement issued Mr. Vamsi, Founder of the Global Construction Fraternity (GCF), outlined his mission to create a collaborative platform for construction professionals to network and drive growth. "Our goal is to foster an environment where businesses can thrive through collaboration and knowledge-sharing," he emphasized.

One of the notable initiatives unveiled was GCF’s Quality Rating system for its members. This system is designed to maintain high standards across the construction industry. "By rating our vendors, we empower our members to make well-informed decisions and encourage excellence across the board," Vamsi added.

The launch also marked the introduction of GCF’s leadership team and the unveiling of the organization’s new website, https://connectgcf.com, enhancing its digital presence and outreach.

On the eve of the launch, a panel discussion on “Innovations and Insights in Construction,” held where prominent industry figures shared their insights on the sector’s evolving landscape. The panelists discussed the rapid changes within the construction industry, strategies to meet growing customer expectations, and the increasing role of technology in making construction projects more efficient and successful.

Mr. V. Rajshekar Reddy, President of CREDAI Hyderabad, he emphasized that collaboration is key, especially in leveraging government initiatives like Hydra to balance public concerns with the interests of builders. He noted that Hyderabad’s competitive pricing positions it as a prime market despite other major cities' challenges.

Mr. Vijaya Sai, President of NAREDCO Telangana, addressed financial challenges within the real estate sector, particularly the reliance on bank financing. He discussed post-COVID shifts in supply chain dynamics, noting that many suppliers now demand advance payments. He highlighted the need for quality control to meet customer expectations and expressed optimism about the future, particularly with increased accountability in materials due to stricter payment policies.

Mr. Radhey Daggumalla, Managing Director of Radhey Constructions, emphasized the importance of adopting global models for smart cities and fostering trust in builder-customer relationships.

Mr Chaitanya Challa, Partner at EIPL Constructions, focused on sustainability and advocated for using locally sourced sustainable materials alongside global innovations. He highlighted the growing potential of 3D printing in construction and stressed that collaboration between builders and suppliers is essential for quality and efficiency.
