Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy ordered the District Collectors to embark on an intensified awareness program at the field level on the newly launched “ Bhu Bharati” Portal which is being the one stop permanent solution for all land ownership issues of the farmers. The Government designed the Bhu Bharati Portal after a thorough study and research.
The Collectors have been asked to attend the meetings in every mandal and address the grievances by clarifying the doubts raised by the farmers in a simple and understandable language on the functioning of the Bhu Bharati portal .
In a meeting held at the Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resource Development Corporation (MCHRD) here today ( Monday) , the Chief Minister gave certain orders to the collectors on the implementation of Bhu Bharati, Indiramma houses and summer drinking water program. The CM said that the state government took up the Bhu Bharati and Indiramma Housing scheme seriously and asked the collectors to pay special attention to implement the two flagship programs at the field level successfully.
The collectors should study the Bhu Bharati Act thoroughly, the CM said that , In the past, farmers were sent to the courts without paying attention to address the land revenue problems. The CM made it clear that the Bhu Bharati Act focused more on addressing the land related issues by the Revenue department and farmers and people should also be informed about the appeal system.
The Collectors are instructed to organize the Bhu Bharati Pilot Project meetings in Maddur in Narayanapet district, Nelakondapalli in Khammam district, Lingampeta in Kamareddy district, and Venkatapur in Mulugu district. The CM said that Collectors should attend the meetings at the respective mandal centers involving the Revenue staff in every village. State Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy and other ministers will also attend the meetings.
SPECIAL OFFICER IN EVERY ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENCY :
Stating that the Indiramma housing scheme has been taken up with great pride, the CM said that the mandal level committees should examine the list approved by the village level Indiramma houses committees and then the list will be sent to the district in-charge minister. The list of houses will be finalized only after the approval of the district in-charge minister. CM Revanth Reddy instructed Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari to appoint a Special Officer for each Assembly constituency to monitor the implementation of the scheme regularly. The Special Officer will be the coordinator between the Indiramma committees, mandal committees, collectors and the in-charge minister. The CM also advised the senior officers who were previously appointed to the Old districts to focus on the construction of Indiramma houses and to monitor the work with the collectors of the respective districts.
The CM warned that no one should succumb to any pressure at any stage in the allotment of the houses and action will be taken against the mandal-level committee and special officer if houses are allotted to ineligible people. Since 3,500 houses were allotted to each constituency , the CM suggested that houses should be allotted to the respective villages on the basis of population and that rationality should be followed in this regard. The CM ordered that the construction of houses should be carried out based on the specified time frame and the collectors should pay special attention to this.

The district authorities should prepare plans and solve drinking water problems by considering all these challenges.
