CM- SPEECH POINTS

Congratulations to all those who received appointment letters today. This is not just a job for you. It is an emotion. The role of the unemployed youth is significant in the achievement of Telangana state.

The previous BRS government was not sincere in addressing the plight of the unemployed. The hard work and commitment of the unemployed in the formation of the People’s Government is praiseworthy.

Job aspirants wasted their 12 years of valuable time due to the negligence of the previous government. The People’s government filled 55163 jobs in the first year of coming to power. It is a happy occasion that the government provided a permanent solution to the unemployment problem which is one of the main foundations of the Telangana movement.

The future of the country lies in the classrooms. The future of the country’s economy is linked to education. It is commendable that all of you received job appointment letters in an important education department.

Government resolved the issue of transfers and promotions of teachers pending for a long time and also brought reforms in the Education department

Declining educational standards is a matter of great concern and it is also an insult to the state. All the newly recruited teaching staff should perform and raise the educational standards with the same emotion they showed during the Telangana movement.

Government schools and colleges should compete with corporate private schools. Student enrollment is dwindling in the government schools every year and increasing in the private institutions. Appealing to the teaching staff to think seriously about the issue.

Spending money on the students is not an expenditure but an investment in the future. Need to examine the main reason for declining the number of students studying in the government schools.

Constructing Young India Integrated Schools to raise educational standards in government schools. Allocated Rs 11,000 crore to set up 55 Young India Integrated schools.

Set up Young India Skills University to increase the skills of students and the unemployed. There is a need to develop Telangana state to compete with the world.

Along with the Young India Sports University, the Government is also setting up the Young India Sports Authority aiming to win medals in the Olympics. Ready to encourage those who excelled in sports.

Government relaxed the rules and gave a job to International cricketer Siraj. World Boxing champion Nikhat Zareen was also given a DSP post in the police department. A government job and house site was allotted to Deepti Jivanji who excelled in the Paralympics.

Some people are talking about stature. Leaders who spoke about statue are lying on the stretcher today. Stature is for positions and not for people.

My government inherited debts and blunders committed by KCR government. Government would have to pay Rs 6500 crore every month to clear the debts and interest on loans borrowed by the previous government.

KCR presented ‘financial cancer’ as a gift to the state. If the cancer is getting worse, does it mean the state is bankrupt? How long will they hide the truth?

When I disclosed the facts, the opposition is making hue and cry and targeted him demanding to get down.

The entire KCR family is uttering lies like a family package. I will not run the state on the basis of lies. I will share the facts with you and work for the development of the state. Your cooperation is required to build a bright future for the next generations in Telangana.
