Invitation of Applications for Ayodhya Trust CEO Post… Here are the Perks and Eligibility Criteria

The Ayodhya Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has invited applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Trust has initiated this recruitment to handle key responsibilities such as the daily management of the temple, supervision of financial affairs, and providing better facilities for devotees. The deadline for receiving applications has been set for July 18 at 4:00 PM.

What are the eligibility criteria?

Candidates applying for this position must be between 50 and 70 years of age. They must possess at least 20 years of administrative experience in government departments, public sector undertakings, or prominent organizations. Additionally, they must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. The Trust specified that proficiency in Hindi and English languages is mandatory. Furthermore, first preference will be given to candidates who follow Sanatana Hindu traditions, particularly those adhering to the Vaishnava tradition.

However, the CEO’s responsibilities are not just administrative. Since lakhs of devotees visit every day, they will have to oversee key responsibilities such as making darshan arrangements for them, security measures, management of Trust funds and offerings, financial transactions, and coordinating the ongoing development works within the temple premises.

The salary and allowances will be on par with those received by high-level government officials or CEOs of prominent organizations. Accommodation will also be provided in Ayodhya. In addition, the Trust will provide official vehicles, drivers, security personnel, medical insurance, travel allowances, and communication facilities.
