The actress who is consistently delivering compelling performances across genres now dons two new hats — as a producer and a director. Teaming up with her sister Pooja Sarathkumar, the dynamic duo is launching their maiden production banner, Dosa Diaries, beckoning the start of an exciting new journey in the world of filmmaking. Their debut venture under this banner is an intriguing thriller titled SARASWATHI, officially announced today.

The title SARASWATHI carries a thematic edge, with the letter ‘I’ highlighted in red, subtly hinting at the film’s intense and suspenseful narrative. The cleverly designed title teases the audience with the promise of a gripping storyline.

Billed as a high-concept thriller, SARASWATHI features a power-packed ensemble of artists. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar plays the lead, while Prakash Raj, Priyamani, and Naveen Chandra will be seen in other pivotal roles.

The movie will have a top-notch technical team taking care of different crafts. While the music sensation Thaman S scores the music, A.M. Edwin Sakay cranks the camera. Venkat Raajen takes care of editing, whereas Sudheer Macharla is the art director. Praveen Daniel is the executive producer.
