ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) (BSE: 544330 / NSE: ITCHOTELS) has signed a brand agreement for the 104-key Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Manesar Gurugram. Developed under the company’s “asset-right” growth model in partnership with Green Path Prop Mart LLP, the premium property will strengthen ITC Hotels’ footprint across the National Capital Region (NCR). Situated along National Highway 48 against the Aravalli landscape, the hotel targets corporate travelers, weddings, and leisure guests across the industrial and commercial corridor of Manesar, Haryana.

The upper-upscale property will offer elegantly appointed rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a lounge, and recreational wellness facilities.
