Godrej Industries Group (GIG)—through its constituent companies Godrej Industries (Chemicals) and Astec LifeSciences—hosted the third edition of the National Chemistry Day Summit in Mumbai on August 26, 2026. Centered around the theme “Staying Resilient in a New Age World,” the summit convened chemical industry leaders to discuss how businesses can adapt, innovate, and build long-term value amid transforming market dynamics, shifting supply chains, technological disruptions, and sustainability challenges.

Industry Collaboration: Reflecting on the event, Vishal Sharma, Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Industries (Chemicals) and Chairperson of Astec LifeSciences, emphasized that resilience requires anticipating future challenges rather than merely managing disruptions.
