The campaign focuses on the brand’s commitment to transparency and reliability by spotlighting its 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty.
The digital film captures a humorous yet relatable scenario of an overconfident neighbor offering unsolicited technical advice during a new AC installation. Deven Bhojani, playing the “expert” neighbor, warns the homeowner about potential hidden costs like gas refills and technician fees. The narrative effectively counters these concerns by highlighting that Godrej’s warranty covers gas charging, labor, and even remote replacements with zero hidden costs.
Swati Rathi, Head of Marketing at Godrej Appliances, stated that the film aims to provide consumers with “peace of mind” and honest offers without hidden riders. Sahil Shah, CEO of Dentsu Creative Isobar, noted that the campaign uses the familiar trope of the “Indian neighbor” to make the brand’s message of trust more meaningful and relatable.
