Crizac Accelerates Full-Stack Student Mobility with ForeignAdmits Partnership
Hyderabad: NSE- and BSE-listed Crizac Limited has announced a strategic investment in Edument Consultancy Private Limited, the operator of the AI-first student mobility platform ForeignAdmits. This move marks a significant evolution for Crizac as it transitions into a technology-led, full-stack student mobility provider.
Empowering the End-to-End Student Journey:
The investment, structured through Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) and Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS), allows Crizac to integrate advanced AI-driven financing and visa solutions into its existing platform. While ForeignAdmits will continue to operate as an independent entity, this synergy aims to support students through every critical phase of their study-abroad journey:
Financial Clarity: Utilizing ForeignAdmits’ proprietary LoanMonk engine, which has facilitated over ₹1,500 crore in education loans and completed 80,000+ eligibility assessments.
Visa Success: Leveraging the award-winning VisaMonk AI tool, which provides visa interview simulations that have been trusted by over 3,000 students globally.
Integrated Infrastructure: Combining Crizac’s global network of 400+ institutional partnerships across the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand with cutting-edge AI technology to deliver increased speed and accuracy.
Leadership Transition:
As part of the strategic integration, Nikhil Jain, Founder and CEO of ForeignAdmits, will join Crizac’s senior leadership team as Chief Product & Marketing Officer. A graduate of IIT (BHU) Varanasi and a former researcher at the IIT Bombay–Monash Research Academy, Jain will spearhead the product strategy and brand vision for the combined platform.
“As a market leader, our responsibility has always been to stay ahead of what students and counselling partners need. ForeignAdmits brings a level of AI-enabled capability in financing and visa that, combined with our institutional strength, creates a truly integrated platform.” Dr. Vikash Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, Crizac Limited
“We built ForeignAdmits to remove the friction that stops capable students from accessing the education they deserve. Joining Crizac means that mission now has the institutional reach, global distribution, and counselling partner network to reach every student who needs it.” Nikhil Jain, Chief Product & Marketing Officer, Crizac Limited
Strengthening Global Reach:
Crizac, which connects a vast network of counselling partners with top-tier international institutions, is now positioned to provide a seamless, end-to-end experience from the initial destination search to the first day of class. This partnership underscores Crizac’s commitment to setting new benchmarks in the international student recruitment industry through technology-driven excellence.
